October’s bujo spreads were a bit challenging. I thought I would try my hand at making my own doodles. Let’s just say next month will probably be more stamps than hand doodling.
I’ll show the cover page last because that was the last page I created and is literally my 2nd favorite page for October.
Because October starts on a Thursday I decided to put my PROJECT page at the beginning, facing the first week. How do y’all do your calendars when they fall like this? Do you put the last half of the week with the previous month or do you keep the month together? I’m going to try to keep the month together but I don’t know right now. I can already see where this might be troublesome.
I messed up on the mini calendar. I got thrown off having 4 days on the right side. I originally stamped this with a Friday start date. As I was stamping the last one I realized I had messed up. Label paper to the rescue. You will see, though, that this month follows the same layout as September, with a different theme for each week.
While most of the themes for each week this month were not difficult, they were time consuming. Not being that type of artist, it is difficult for me to draw something without a photo to go by.
I will say, I was quite happy with my NOTES sections on each page.
